About The Event

October 27, 2016
19:00 - 21:00

Eleanor Fitzsimons, author of ‘Wilde’s Women’ will be speaking to The Shaw Society about links between Oscar Wilde and George Bernard Shaw on the evening of Thursday 27th October at The Conway Hall, in the Bertrand Russell room.  The meeting is at 7pm for a 7.30pm start. The talk should last for 30-45 minutes and we are promised a lively Q&A session afterwards.

The Shaw Society is keen that members of the Oscar Wilde Society have the opportunity to attend and has offered to admit OWS members for the Shaw Society member charge of £3 instead of the usual non-member charge of £5.

We look forward to seeing as many Oscar Wilde Society members as possible, and will undoubtably manage a jolly drink afterwards somewhere nearby.
