Nadia Montasser (Website and Social Media Manager)

“Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination.”

Having read a censored Arabic translation of ‘The Picture of Dorian Gray’ during her teenage years, Nadia was gripped by Wilde’s novel. After she moved to London from her home country Egypt, she read The Life of Oscar Wilde written by Hesketh Pearson, and immediately fell under the spell of Wilde. Learning about the existence of the Oscar Wilde Society, she joined and offered to build the website and create social media channels to further expand on the promotion of knowledge, appreciation and study of Wilde’s life, personality and works. She has a Master’s degree in Charity Management, and works full time as a Translation Project Manager.
